Accommodation

For our public accommodation clients, modern working practices and technological support are essential to increase efficiency and attract and retain the best staff.  ARCADIS AYH provides whole life project support in delivery of new workspace solutions.

Our activity in this area also includes residential accommodation such as affordable housing, assisted living units, mixed use developments, hostels and care homes.

Education

Education continues to be an important area for us, encompassing higher and further education and schools.  Our role can vary from strategic planning and management  to handover and advising on the ongoing operation and maintenance of new facilities.  ARCADIS AYH is currently involved in a large assortment of projects, including new facilities for Sixth Form Centres, new multi-faceted FE colleges and campus redevelopments. Our growth in this sector has also seen a natural expansion into private and specialist education facilities.

Community

Our projects include a wide range of civic amenities focused on servicing the local community.  These include arts centres, museums, courthouses, places of worship, sports facilities and libraries.  Many such projects represent the community focal point and embrace modern civic design that extols inclusion and pride, incorporating sustainable environmental solutions.

Health

Healthcare Clients include NHS Trusts, Private Healthcare Providers and Bidder Consortia.  We provide a full range of traditional project services to this sector, as well as fulfilling specialist technical advisory duties for PFI/PPP, "LIFT" and ProCure 21 projects.
