We continue to develop and deliver traditional construction consultancy services during brand integration, roll out programmes, refurbishments and extensions and new buildings. However, clients have also found our skills and knowledge to be invaluable in relation to the due diligence process, whether in relation to the sale and acquisition of a hotel chain or portfolio, or the forward funding or investment in a project, requiring validation and approval. In these circumstances, we also act as Fund / Development Monitors. We have developed the necessary skills to manage the FF&E procurement and installation as this element represents a significant cost in any hotel project.
