The Challenge
Management of entire scheme financial budget and complete design process. This involved negotiating and liasing with the Utilities and Project Management of the Infrastructure of this 156 acres agricultural land site.

The Approach
Involved from project inception ARCADIS AYH's Infrstructure sector (formally Berkeley Consulting) have appointed all detailed consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Planning Supervisor, Ecology, Archaeology Consultants and Infrastructure Contractor. Works to be completed in three phase process.

The Result
Development will include; 720 dwellings, a neighbourhood centre including community & retail sites, a primary school, open space and play areas and a new highway infrastructure.
