The challenge
Development of one of the busiest transport interchanges outside of London located at the heart of this major regeneration area. The interchange was a joint initiative of TfL, Finsbury Park Partnership, London Borough of Islington, London Borough of Haringey and the Heritage Lottery Fund, with support from Network Rail and First Capital Connect (FCC).

The approach
Provision of expert Project Management, and commercial management services to Transport for London (TfL) to develop the Finsbury Park Interchange.

The result
A successful partnership leading to the improvement works of a new ticketing hall, window and facilities, station facade, new offices for the London Bus Company and train operator, improvements to bus station and layout, new lighting, signage, paving, CCTV, PA system and associated works.
